Severed Heads Open Minds is a musical crypt attached to the many arteries in the underbelly of supporting underground music, and the goal is a simple one; To spread around music I enjoy and to promote bands/labels to anyone who will listen and appreciate it, in-particular running the gamut of all things metal, hardcore and punk.

Sometimes download links will be directly posted, provided I get permission to do so, otherwise links are encouraged to be posted through the Cbox and/or requested through the comments section.

Support underground music; Buy directly through the band or label, go to shows, buy merch, let them sleep on your couch and support the music communities that are hellbent on getting the 'good' word out about these bands, it's very often a thankless gig. Be cool out there!
